Returns & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy. Please note: food, baked goods, clothing, collars, grooming services and clearance items are non-returnable. All sales on those items are final. We cannot accept returns on toys for being destroyed. Soda Pup and West Paw guarantee their toys but need to be contacted directly.
